We’ve stayed twice already and will definitely come back. The owners are friendly and always willing to hear any requests, the rooms are clean, and the location is superb between the mountains and the sea. The beach, restaurants, and shops are all within a 10-minute walk.

Mrs. Zlata is one of a kind, and we've enjoyed staying at Haus Bila for 10 years now. The apartments are lovely, beautifully decorated, and we really like coming here.

The prices really surprised me in a good way. At a beach restaurant, black seafood risotto, a chessburger and two draft PAN beers cost 100.- kn. Even hotel guests who'd had lunch there couldn't go back to the hotel and ate at the restaurant instead. Around here, cafes, shops, restaurants and cocktail beach bars are much cheaper than on the northern Adriatic, sometimes half the price. There's a "Tommy" market right next door, though other products cost more than in Zagreb.
