The place was clean and comfortable, and close to the city centre. Just pay attention to possible extra charges. Booking.com said dogs were allowed, and the villa initially confirmed that, but later they tried to get us to cancel because they’d changed their mind. After we talked it through, they accepted our small 5kg dog for a “small” fee of 20€ per day. A great holiday spot if you’re coming without pets.

The beach is nearby, with a few grocery stores and two restaurants right next door. It’s 3km from the old town, though Uber is cheap and local buses stop close by. There’s no sign on the building, so finding it can be tricky.

The hostess was amazing, and there’s a really nice restaurant right across from the place. The bed made a lot of noise, which was frustrating when we were trying to sleep, but it seems like something that could be fixed.
