The property has a beautiful view, private parking, and the apartment was clean, with fresh linen smell throughout the place. Mr. Ivo and his wife are very friendly, and he tries to speak Polish. He always offers some good alcohol to start with. The apartment itself is small, and the little kitchen has no countertop, barely enough room to turn around. There is dish soap and cloths, plus a shared kitchen with an oven. The main downside was no housekeeping: we had the same bed linen and just two small towels for the whole stay.

The worst part was the bathroom: no shower curtain or enclosure, and nowhere to attach the hand shower. The sink also leaked, with wastewater ending up on the floor, which we had to keep cleaning ourselves. Wi-Fi didn't reach the back of the house. There was a signal at the front, but it was under 1 Mbps. During our five days, nobody cleaned or provided fresh towels or sheets, and we had to empty the trash ourselves. The apartment was extremely cramped, with a tiny kitchenette, no countertop, just dish soap and kitchen towels. Mr. Ivo is very friendly, but he speaks neither English nor German and keeps trying to appease everyone with alcohol.

We had our own bathroom, plus a balcony room with a small kitchen. Mr. Ivo was very kind, and warm regards to the owners. People who don't expect much will be satisfied. I hope we can come back when visiting other beautiful cities in Croatia. Best wishes! :)

We were there after the season, at the end of November. The apartment had everything needed for a pleasant holiday, was very clean, and had a beautiful sea view. Mr. Ivo is a cheerful, excellent host. We recommend it!
