The air conditioners worked really well, and we had a parking spot right beside the house. It’s about a seven-minute walk to the beach, which is a plus. The balcony was messy and the rooms dusty. The stairs creaked a bit while the children were asleep. Also, one double bedroom was a pass-through room, so you could hear everything from the living room downstairs.

The apartment has a lot going for it: it’s spacious, roughly 250m from the sea, and in a quiet part of town that’s still near the center. The ground-floor unit has a small garden with a grill and seating, and parking and Wi-Fi are included. The kitchen has a washing machine. It’s described as a three-room flat, though one room is really small. Splendido tourist office, about 250m away, handles the accommodation, which I booked through booking.com. Communication with the staff on site wasn’t ideal. There was a tax issue at first that we sorted out later, and the apartment was ready later than the check-in time. They apologized and brought some fruit, but should have kept guests better informed. The Wi-Fi was very weak and unstable because they use a router as a repeater. One bedroom’s A/C smelled a little, so its evaporator should be cleaned more often.

We stayed in Tamja2. It’s roomy and close to both the beach and city center, while the street itself is very quiet and great for families with kids. The small balcony was the only drawback.

The beach, main promenade, shops and restaurants are all nearby. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. My only complaint is that the balcony is small.
