The two-person accommodation is in the basement and stays damp. There isn’t a proper window looking outside, just a sunken one facing the sky, so in the morning you can’t even tell what the weather is like. The drying line is shared out in the yard, and there’s barely space or opportunity to get much dry. The landlord asks for the full payment as soon as you check in.
