The owners are kind, helpful, and understanding, and the apartment price includes cold drinks and wine. Each unit has its own parking spot right beside the house. The house is close to Zadar and the major shops, with a seasonal bar next door for drinks and ice cream. Bibinje's shop, bakery, and restaurants are about a 20-minute walk along a quiet seafront street, though some stretches are hard to access. You can also eat or gather at the shared table, which comfortably fits 8-10 people. The house is right on the waterfront, with a small pebble beach, sun loungers, umbrellas, and concrete diving piers. From the first-floor apartments, the view over the sea and the islands of Pasman and Ugljan is fantastic. The rooms are well equipped, and the kitchen has practically everything needed for cooking. The bathroom is adequate. Air conditioning is only in the living room, but if you set it correctly, it can cool the whole apartment. Missing amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker. I recommend this as an almost ideal spot for a family holiday.

Right by the water, with clean accommodation and standard equipment. There's air conditioning, sun loungers and kayaks to use, plus a garden with a barbecue. The landlord sells his wine, and about 50m away there's a beach "kiosk" with draft beer and ice cream. Great.

The owners are kind and friendly. In the morning, you can walk through the gate from the square, stretch out on a lounger, and have ice wine after cooling off in the sea. There's also a shower to rinse away the salt. I'd recommend it, plain and simple.

The hosts are welcoming, and you can get straight onto the beach, where sun loungers and umbrellas are available. The downside is that restaurants and shops are far away.
