Lapad Bay and the beach are just a five-minute walk away, with more than 20 cafes and restaurants nearby, plus markets, a bakery and a few banks. The bus stop is only two minutes away, and bus number 6 goes straight to Stari Grad (Old Town). The apartment was clean and nice, and the hosts were lovely and helpful. I’d recommend Laledo.

I really appreciated how kind and helpful our host was. We got there early, and she welcomed us into her home, gave us somewhere to change, and treated us to apple strudel. She also lent us an umbrella and cushions for the beach. With our kitchen being so small, she suggested we use the garden and its table. We had no problems with the house, though ours was much smaller and less comfortable than our roommates’ newer, better kept place, with its nicer kitchen and furnishings. Dubrovnik is an expensive city. I’d rate the hosts 10/10 :) I’m including photos of the dog from the Deadpool and Wolverine movies.

The location is excellent, only a few hundred meters from the Lapad Promenade. There are plenty of amenities, but the host didn’t take care of them, and cleanliness was poor, especially in the kitchen.
