Apartments Villa Ursic

The owner was helpful with lots of different requests. The place is right beside the beach, with quick access to a shady stretch, and you can see the beach from the balconies of at least a couple of units facing southwest.

There’s a good restaurant, Obala, and a market just a few meters away. The apartments sit by the sea, with a beautiful little beach right in front that continues along the coast in small sections separated by rocks. It’s clean and shaded until late afternoon. The beach is a mix of sand and small sharp stones, so bring sandals. We preferred this little beach to crowded Punta Rata, since there were fewer people. It also seemed ideal for families with babies and young children. The location is handy for evening walks: the apartments are near the edge of Brela, no more than a five-minute easy walk from the center, and Baška Voda is about a ten-minute walk the other way. You can visit both places, while the area stays quiet at night and makes it easy to rest. The apartments aren’t new or modern, but they were fair and clean. They have air conditioning, and private parking is available a few hundred meters away. It’s safe, so there’s no need to worry. The views are amazing, with Biokovo behind and the sea and nearby island Brač in front.

There are too many stairs, but the location is excellent.

The rooms were very good, and the place is right next to the beach. Excellent stay.
