Where is our money? The management showed they couldn’t run the place or get other guests to follow the rules. Those guests partied loudly at night, came into our private area (!!), turned the shared spaces into an amusement park, and treated us disrespectfully. The only staff member physically there was as frustrated as we were, but had no authority to handle them. Management was absent and didn’t even answer over the weekend, as if hospitality wasn’t their job. We left a day early because of the situation with the other guests. Before we left, we went through checkout, but afterward they falsely accused us of breaking a door. Is that a joke?! That is seriously unprofessional and makes them impossible to trust. They eventually agreed to refund us, and the money was supposed to arrive after 1 month. We still haven’t received anything, so we’ll pursue this legally. Management, you’re incapable of doing the job, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. It’s a shame, given the wonderful place you’re lucky to administer. Future guests: the place looks nice, but if you’re willing to risk a ruined holiday because of an unprofessional host, this is the place for you ;)
