We really enjoyed Villa Lukas and Cavtat. Our room had a separate bedroom and living room with a sofa bed, which worked perfectly for the three of us. After checking in, we took the car back to the airport and got a free ride back, then another lift to the airport the next morning. Cavtat turned out to be lovely, and felt more relaxed than Dubrovnik in many ways. The laid-back feel at Villa Lukas was similar. Check-in was handled by phone at reception, but the warm welcome came through during the call. Somehow, not having a receptionist there added to that relaxed atmosphere.

The studio apartments have everything needed for a self-catering break, and the setup was superb, with great facilities and a warm welcome. There’s a pool and hot tub, plus a gym, sauna, and lounge area. It’s an easy transfer from the airport, and a short walk to Cavtat harbour, where there are cafés, restaurants, and day trip options.

Luka was very friendly and arranged our airport pickup and drop-off. We had a small kitchen area for breakfast and a fridge, and the bed was really comfortable. The apartments were clean and comfortable, in a great spot near town. We loved the pool and hot tub. Clare and I had an excellent stay.

The pool and hot tub were a great way to finish each day. Luka(s)? met me on arrival and answered all my questions, and the room had everything I needed. I had several lovely days here and would stay again if, or when, I’m back in lovely Cavtat.

Luka was a great host and even took us to the airport when it was time to go. The accommodation was fantastic, and the centre of Cavtat was an easy walk, even with a pram. I’d love to come back for a longer stay!
