Villa Mimoza

We’d definitely come back. The owners are really kind and helpful, and having a supermarket on the villa’s lower level was handy for anything we needed. There’s also plenty of parking. The apartment was very clean, with a nice kitchen and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. From the large terrace, you can watch the sun set over the islands, with Dubrovnik in the distance. The beach is a 3-minute drive and the airport is 5 minutes away by car.

Kristian and Marijana have always been lovely and helpful. I’ve stayed here many times over the last 5 years, and their family makes the place feel welcoming. There’s a massive terrace for watching the sunset, and a supermarket downstairs for food and beer. It’s much cheaper than staying in town.

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. Whenever we needed anything, we just asked. Since we hadn’t rented a car, the small supermarket right below was especially handy. There’s a small fridge and stove, so we cooked our own meals. The closest beach is a 15-minute walk, and we didn’t mind the exercise. They gave us a lift to and from the airport and showed us some good spots in Cavtat. The sunset was beautiful, too. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’d rather avoid the hefty price of a hotel room.

The balcony had a stunning view, and the host was nice. Parking was limited.
