Room 118 is a corner room with two balconies and lovely views. Sandra at reception was very friendly and helpful, and arranged a free upgrade for us. The food was tasty, if not especially plentiful, dinner drinks were included, and the orange juice was very good. The beach is close, the outdoor pools are nice but unheated, and parking was free in September. WiFi was good too. September is treated as low season, so there was no children's entertainment and the terrace pool was closed. That may not matter if you want a quiet break. We had a really good stay, whether for one night or longer. Best wishes to Sandra and her colleagues! 😊

I was especially impressed by Gideon, such a kind and hardworking young man, and wanted to praise him publicly. The Omorika Hotel has lovely service, accommodation, and a swimming pool, and the restaurant serves very tasty food. The staff were kind and polite. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone. Best regards, see you next summer.

The hotel's team is the reason I'd come back. Antonel, Halina, and Roko deserve special thanks, along with the reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff. They're fantastic and friendly, and made the stay memorable. After a week here, though, I found the “all-inclusive” setup limited. It covers three meals a day, but snacks and drinks cost extra. Lidl is nearby for ice cream, snacks, or food for the kids, while the hotel bar and pool sell drinks, ice cream, cakes, and sandwiches at high prices. With an all-inclusive package, I'd normally expect those to be included. Kids' entertainment was almost nonexistent. There's a kids' club, but it's often closed, and when it is open there's little to do beyond a PS5. The four-person rooms are small. With children it's manageable, but I can't picture four adults fitting comfortably, especially with two nearly sleeping on the floor. The pools were clean, but there weren't enough sunbeds or towels. The parking area in front is small, and finding a spot in peak season is hard. On the plus side, there was live music on the terrace one evening, and I enjoyed the themed dinner with local music, especially the carved watermelon ship. Without the excellent staff, my rating would be much lower.

We came as a group of 50 for a wedding, and the welcome party was so badly organized that wedding guests ended up setting tables and moving things around. The hotel staff seemed lost, apart from Antoni, the only waiter who seemed to know what he was doing. Management also handled departures badly: guests were asked to pay different amounts than agreed. One couple was charged 700 E instead of 240 E, with the explanation that their six-month-old baby had been counted as an adult, though the calculation still didn't add up. Two people sharing a room were charged different amounts, one 68 E and the other 90 E. Management emails went unanswered or were answered late. An email from 21 May got a reply on 11 June. The hotel sits in a lovely but poorly maintained forest, where wild pigs sometimes appear in the evening. That's unsettling given they could be dangerous and damage vehicles or people. The night receptionist was rude and strange, and needs to improve his communication. The room felt like a poorly kept hostel: cheap furnishings, dirty floors, air-conditioning that couldn't be set properly, a broken TV, a flooding bathroom, and things falling apart. The bathroom door stuck when closed, and the broken towel hanger was the only way to keep it from jamming. Maintenance didn't check balconies, so used glasses and plates were left there for days. The elevator buttons didn't work properly, and the swimming pool was out of service, despite the hotel charging four-star rates and advertising two pools. Breakfast was tasteless, with frankfurters in hot water served in an old scratched pot. I wonder whether sanitary inspections ever come through. Be a minute late and the juice dispenser has no juice, apparently because it's programmed that way. Staff also seemed to be leaving during our stay, with some resigning suddenly, which made the poor personnel management obvious. If there's a minus star, this place deserves it. Everything feels like it's falling apart, from the facilities to the staff. Service was far below standard. I definitely wouldn't return or recommend it to friends.

The WiFi signal was strong wherever we went, and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel feels new, and the restaurant has a great view. I liked the reception area with its cafe bar, and the staff were friendly and smiley. I gave it four stars because the food was fine, but not what I expected. We saw a wedding inside and it looked so nice, though we weren't part of it. The music wasn't loud enough to hear in our rooms. A great place, I'd recommend it.
