We came in 2013 and again in 2018, and it really is a great place to relax. The welcome, kindness, and helpfulness stood out, along with the lovely view and peaceful setting. The beach is only a few meters away, including sandy areas well suited to kids. There’s a konzum 100m away and a beach cafe 200m away.

The location was handy, with the beach, shop, and bakery nearby. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the room connected to the kitchen. We also had a fairly large balcony with a partial sea view. The bathroom was small but manageable. The owners were very nice and gave us a small bottle of rakija, supposedly good for the stomach. Parking was the one problem. Everyone seemed to have their own “slice of the floor,” with private parking signs on walls along the road and marked patches where you could squeeze in a car. I’d never seen anything like it. There was no wireless internet inside the apartment, and the signal was patchy. Luckily, we had internet, since the Wi-Fi worked well.
