The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The landlord was warm and hospitable, and I had an amazing stay. I'd recommend it to everyone!

Room #1 was extremely basic: white walls, a simple bed and AC, which I appreciated. The TV didn't work during my visit, and the WiFi was too weak for me to connect. I never interacted with the owner. The key was in the door when I arrived, and I left it there when I went.
The owners were friendly and really helpful, but we couldn't sleep properly during our three days because it was so noisy. Their dog barked, and they talked very loudly. I didn't want to hurt their feelings since they were nice people, but the noise really irritated me. We had a clean room with good AC, though the bathroom curtain had fungus on it. The place is far from the Old Town, so you have to take an Uber each time. We stayed in a room directly opposite the owners' hall. I'd call it an Airbnb rather than a hotel.
For what you pay, the service and comfort are there. It's a cheap place just outside Dubrovnik, and the room was clean, nice and had lots of amenities. Communication was second to none: they kept answering our questions and let us check out later than planned. I'm surprised the reviews are so low.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Katarina doesn't speak much English, but she was really kind and tried her best to make our stay enjoyable. The house is a two-minute walk from a bus stop that goes to the Old Town.
