The property felt unsafe, especially with all the noise and how easily accessible it is from the parking area. The curtains had wide gaps that let people see straight inside, and the yard gate wouldn’t lock. The door was only flimsy plastic with a weak lock. Someone tried to force it open twice. I told the host, but they brushed it off by saying it “never happens.” It happened twice, and that was really disappointing. As a woman traveling alone, I felt so unsafe I couldn’t sleep, and I was left traumatised. PLEASE BE AWARE OF MAJOR SAFTY FLAWS.

This apartment was a convenient, good-value place to stay in Port Gruz. It’s close to all the ferries and boat trips you’ll need in Dalmatia, and bus#1 a/b picks up and drops off just a few metres away. Roberta was very helpful and willing to accommodate what we needed. My only concern was that the AC is far from the room, so they may want to invest in a couple of stand fans.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The apartment is very nice, and the host was kind and helpful. Definitely recommended if you’re staying near the center.

The room was very clean, and I especially liked having a heater in the bathroom. There’s a washing machine but no dryer, though the host provides an air-drying stand. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a big supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. The water is very close and the views are amazing, but it’s far from Old Town. Uber rides are very cheap, though. I’d give this place 9.5/10.
