Apartments Dia

I booked this through the Agoda app, which I've used for two years without any problems before. This was a complete mess. I had the exact address, name, and photos on my booking, and arrived early to ask if I could leave my luggage before check-in. They told me I had the wrong address or dates because they were fully booked. I showed them the booking, and it was their address and house. We were both completely confused. They said they don't even partner with Agoda, only Booking, so watch out. I was travelling alone and the whole thing was really stressful. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I found the company name on the charge to my card, then spent an hour arguing with a woman who tried to convince me the address on my booking number wasn't this one. I'd post pictures if I could, to show what happened. I had the address and photos of this house, booked it because it looked so nice and had a good location, but apparently there was a system glitch. The owners don't work with Agoda, which made it even more confusing since that's where I booked. The company told me my booking number was from Booking, and I asked how that could be when I booked through them and had a confirmed reservation for this house and address. If it was a mistake, they should have found me somewhere nearby, since this was what I booked. Instead their system showed something else called "apartment diana", about 7km outside Dubrovnik, with no bus going there. You have to take an Uber, and it's very hard to get one to come pick you up there. They didn't want to do anything for me. When I contacted Agoda and the company, they said my booking number was through Booking and they couldn't find it. I was furious because my booking confirmation said something else. Why would I go through all this, complain, and make a fool of myself if that wasn't the case? I hope nobody else gets the same shit I did.
