The place was very clean and had everything needed for cooking, so there’s no need to bring anything along. Getting to the bus stop isn’t too difficult, though there are plenty of stairs and hills, so bear that in mind if you have large suitcases. The internet was unreliable in the mornings, but that may be fine if you’re heading out. Elvis, who I think may be the owner’s son, was patient and really nice. Worth staying here.

We found the apartment very well equipped, with more than we expected, and that extra comfort made the stay especially enjoyable. It’s a ten-minute drive from the city center, and an Uber to the apartment costs around €7. The port for boat trips to the Croatian islands is only a few minutes away by car, which made exploring easy. Our host was warm, helpful and always available when we needed something. Thanks to them, we had a lovely stay, and I’d happily recommend the apartment.

The manager confirmed our booking for next summer after I contacted him, then cancelled it on his own. Not great. If you don’t want to risk being left without a place after booking, paying and getting confirmation, choose somewhere other than Apartments Grebovic.
