We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom bed was fine, though the couch wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. The apartment was well equipped, and we appreciated having both parking and a terrace. Getting to the old town by bus was quick. Our host was lovely, talked us through everything, and shared some tips. When we asked about using the grill, he got it ready for us. A very nice apartment in a perfect location. Thank you.

We'd happily come back. Ivan was a fantastic host, and the apartments are lovely, in a quiet area close to sunset beach and several restaurants. The Old Town is a 10-minute trip, and an Uber costs less than £5. Everyone we spoke with said Lapad was the place to stay outside Dubrovnik's Old Town, and we agree.

Lapad suited us because it was less busy than the old city, and we could walk everywhere. The beach is 500m away, and the old city is about 3km. We spent a week at Apartment Helen and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was spotless, modern, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped, with aircon and a lovely balcony. Apartment Helen made a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik. Ivan was so helpful, and his restaurant recommendations were excellent. I'd recommend staying here.
