The owner came into the apartment while we were out and moved our clothes and other belongings. We were staying in Ivana’s place for three nights, and daily cleaning wasn’t offered, so this didn’t feel like a cleaning visit. It felt like a serious breach of privacy and left us feeling unsafe.
