The washing machine and iron were a real plus, and you can cook for yourself in the kitchenette. The apartment also has a private balcony or terrace with a view of the Adriatic Sea. The owners are welcoming and speak good English. It’s a good choice if you want to mix sightseeing with time at the public beach, which is about five minutes away, or keep food costs down instead of spending a fortune at Dubrovnik’s expensive restaurants. The old town is around a five-minute walk, and shops, a bakery, a bus stop, and a taxi stand are three to four minutes away. There aren’t many rooms, and it’s not that high up, but Dubrovnik is hilly, so keep the terrain and number of steps in mind. A good budget alternative. I recommend it.
