The landlord was lovely, and the view is beautiful. The apartment has all the basics and more: a coffee machine, kettle, stove and oven, fridge, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, and balcony. Just bear in mind the route to the beach has over 300 steps.

I stayed in July 2018. The apartment was new and clean, and the host was kind and welcoming. The view of Lapad Beach is beautiful. Getting there on foot is tough because of the tiring stair climb, so you could take a bus or rent a car or motorbike.
