After her assistant, Christina, helped us settle in, Silva came by herself to welcome us. She brought a map and explained where to catch the bus to the old town. On our last day, Christina brought us a bowl of cherries, a lovely gesture. Silva is the best host, and the apartment is spacious and roomy, with a terrace overlooking the beach.

Silva made sure we had everything we needed and was a great host. The place felt homely, with amazing views and an outdoor garden terrace. Sunset beach is just a minute's walk away. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, and it worked perfectly for what we needed, as a one-night stay. The bathrooms weren't shared, but they also weren't ensuite. We were assigned one with our name on it. The AC didn't work, which is why I took off two stars.
