The hosts were very friendly, the apartments were clean, and I enjoyed walking by the beach. But the beds were terrible, and I slept very poorly throughout our two weeks. The kitchen was too basic, which we didn’t appreciate with the prices of eating out in Dubrovnic. There was no parking either, and we found that really difficult.

The host, Slatco, was very friendly, and if you’re lucky you might meet his little Maltese terrier. She loves having her belly rubbed! The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and it’s a short bus or taxi ride to the old town or the dive centre. There’s a pizza place nearby, plus a really good Japanese restaurant about a 20-minute walk away.

A wonderful place with a fantastic owner. There’s a family of turtles living in the yard, and you can grill meat there if you arrange it with the owner. I recommend this place.

We liked how easy it was to get around from here, with shops close by, the beach around 15 minutes away, and the old town a 10-15 minute taxi ride. The apartment was tidy, and the shower had steady hot water. There was one air conditioner for the apartment, though not one in every room. The owners live downstairs with their two cute dogs, and guests can use the barbecue. They don't clean the rooms during your stay, but we were only there for two days.
