We had Room 1, so there weren't many stairs to deal with, and the location was ideal, just a few steps from Pile Gate. The bed was super comfy, with tea and coffee provided and a mini-fridge in the room. Staff were lovely. We only met Thea, who was especially friendly and helpful, and it was possible to leave luggage after checkout. Communication was quick and clear, including the late check-in instructions sent via Whatsapp. There are codes at the frontdoor and on the room. The airconditioning didn't work well. The airflow was weak and it stopped after a few minutes. Since it was Spring and still a bit cold outside, we opened the window instead, though noise from the nearby restaurant came in. We'd definitely stay again when we return to Dubrovnik.

The people here were incredibly nice, helpful and charming, and the rooms were clean, cheerful and spacious. The Old City location also meant we could avoid climbing those exhausting stairs everywhere. It costs a bit more than the motel next door, but it's definitely worth it. I wish I'd stayed here the first time I arrived in the city. I know where to go next time :)

With only 3 days to explore the whole town, being efficient really mattered to us. Romano, Martina and Marco were so helpful and kind, and pointed us toward the best restaurants and the absolute musts in Old Town. Thanks so much!

The room was disgusting, the staff were so rude, and the plumbing was clearly a problem. The whole place stank like a sewer, with a loud motor noise going constantly. It wasn't fit for guests, but they wouldn't accept that the room was unacceptable or give me another one. I had to find somewhere else to stay. There are plenty of other nice places, so don't stay here.

The room was a little small, but comfortable, with AC and a nice shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's in a great spot in the old Town, quite close to one of the main gates. I'd stay again.
