You can’t beat the location, right inside the Old Town Walls, and the price was great. It’s neat, clean, and very charming. The stairs up to the rooms are steep and could be a challenge with luggage, but we loved it.

The location was good, and we liked the view from the window, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The room smelled awful, like a sewer, and felt grungy. Nobody was at reception during our entire three-day stay, so service was basically nonexistent. To me, it’s really a 2-star hotel, and calling it 3 stars would be generous. It definitely isn’t the 4-star hotel it’s listed as.

The stairs are quite narrow, so getting a large bag up can be tricky depending on how you pack. That was a small hurdle, though. The place is right in the old town and close to everything, with helpful reception and easy communication. The rooms are comfortable and kept out the bar noise surprisingly well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
