The rooms were clean and well managed, and the service was excellent. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, so most places are only a few minutes away on foot. Pile gate is three minutes away, where many excursions pick up and where you can catch a bus out of the old town. There are also lots of shops and restaurants along the main old town road just outside the hotel. Highly recommend.

Breakfast is brought to your room promptly, whenever suits you, and you order from a menu. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though not especially big; the bathroom was roomy and had a great shower. This small boutique hotel is in the middle of the Old Town, near lots of restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Pile Gate is a short walk away, where tours start and taxis pick up and drop off, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying a lot of luggage.

Karla was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room, Taurus, was just right for a couple, with plenty of space and everything brand new. The decor was tasteful too. An amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town. We’ll definitely stay again.

Breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed our first trip to Dubrovnik at Bota Palace. Our room was beautiful, and the staff were available and responsive throughout. The location in the heart of Old Town made everything convenient. There was some evening noise from the lively nightlife nearby, though it wasn’t too bad; we were on the first level nearest the main street. We’d happily stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Breakfast has options to suit everyone, and the local restaurants and bars are less than a minute’s walk away. The accommodation is right in central dubrovnik, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Just be aware that street work, including rubbish carts, goes on overnight, so use the earplugs provided. It was the most enjoyable and iconic stay I’ve ever had. Thank you for the 5 🌟 accommodation.
