Our room at Dubrovnik Palace Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views. The pool restaurant had great food and a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We did have some problems with other guests, but management took the time to speak with us and dealt with it professionally. Their care made a real difference. A great stay from start to finish, and we’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The hotel’s location was convenient, about 15 minutes from the Old Town, and the local bus gets you there for €2.5. The spa was a big plus, open from 07:00 to 22:00, so there was plenty of time to use it. Breakfast was included and had a huge range of options. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the whole place was very clean and well cared for. I had a really great stay and would recommend it, and stay again.

The hotel is beautifully kept and has amazing views, but what really set it apart was the service throughout. Big thanks to Sanjin, Elvir and Srećko in the restaurant for looking after our group with a smile every day. And thanks to Marijana at the breakfast restaurant, whose contagious smile brightened every morning.

Getting around was easy, with an efficient public bus stopping right outside and taking you into the old town. The pool and sunbathing area were gorgeous, especially the sunbeds on the lower levels beside the sea. From arrival to departure, every staff member went above and beyond with outstanding service. It was an incredible stay in a beautiful hotel. We’d love to return and recommend it to anyone.

The buffet breakfast had a brilliant choice, and the staff were friendly and professional. The pool was cool during shoulder season, but the sea was a nice temperature. It’s a great option if you want to stay away from the bustle of the city walls while still being only 15 minutes away by a very reliable bus that stops at the hotel.
