The location was great, with a supermarket and good restaurants nearby, and the surroundings were lovely. We had a spotless, modern and comfortable room and washroom, plus friendly, very helpful staff. Our 3-night stay at Dubrovnik Spectrum Room was exceptional. The price was very reasonable for what felt like 5-star service. Highly recommend.

We had a really pleasant stay. The host was friendly and happy to answer any questions about dubrovnik. The clean, modern rooms had a coffee machine and plenty of pods, which was a nice change from places that skimp on them. We also appreciated the beach towels. The welcome pack was useful too, with maps of dubrovnik and the old town, bus routes, and suggestions for places to visit, eat, and find beaches. Absolutely fantastic place.

We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed it so much that I’d definitely come back, with Spectrum rooms as my first choice. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the interior design is stunning, it felt like a home away from home. Ivan got in touch before we arrived, sorted out check-in and arranged our airport transfer and nearby trips. He was very helpful, and his tips for restaurants, places to visit, and city attractions were more than welcome. The half-day yacht trip was spectacular. Dubrovnik itself is amazing, with so much history and architecture.

The owners made our stay comfortable and relaxing. They were friendly and helpful with advice on excursions, places to visit, and food, and offered free airport pickup and drop-off. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, toiletries, tea and coffee, and beach and shower towels. There’s also a balcony upstairs where you can relax. The location was excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the beach and main area, with bus stops outside for the old town and a supermarket right next door. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The rooms were spotless, and the linens were changed frequently. We were in a very safe part of Dubrovnik, close to a beautiful public beach with a magnificent sunset. Our host went above and beyond. After my partner Stan and I returned from a 7-day sailing trip, we urgently needed laundry done. There’s no public washer on site, but she washed, dried, and folded our clothes for us. She also left chocolate, croissants, and a fantastic coffee machine. I couldn’t recommend this stay more.
