The host didn't respond to messages or calls. Then, just 30 minutes before we were supposed to get the keys, after repeated messages and calls, we were told the apartment was no longer available. It had been booked since March 2026, and we were coming from France. We panicked and had to find somewhere else to stay, while the host didn't even come explain what had happened or help us out. We found out that people had been staying in the apartment all week, with the lights on at night. We have proof. Avoid this apartment. I do not recommend it.

Our confirmed booking on booking.com was canceled a month before we were due to arrive, three months after we made it. They said it was for operational reasons. Yet apparently they would have accepted us if we'd booked just two nights.
