There’s plenty of space around the large pool, and it seems well suited to families. I also liked the gym, which was better than at many hotels, and breakfast was pleasant and standard. The room was fine too. Restaurants and shops are close by, and there’s a beach nearby with great views. If you’d rather stay outside Dubrovnik’s “center,” the location works well. I’d come back.

The hotel isn’t luxurious, but I really liked the service, the views and the amenities. My seaside room was spacious for one, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The buffet was alright, and the location made it easy to get to shops and spas or take a walk along the ocean. It also felt very safe at night. I did occasionally get secondhand smoke from the neighboring balcony.

From the balcony, the sea-view rooms have a lovely outlook, and the hotel’s location is great. The room itself, though, felt old and poorly maintained. The shower doors were broken, the soap dispensers were dated and unclean, and the fridge was switched off with no water supplied. The staff didn’t seem very familiar with local tourist attractions. When we asked about small tour ferries, they sent us to the cruise ship harbor instead. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you can get another hotel at a similar price, I’d choose that one.

The pool was lovely, and I never had trouble finding a spot near it. The poolside bar was great for lunch, with burgers I’d recommend at a good price. The hotel was lovely too, with clean rooms, a nice shower and a good breakfast. The sausages weren’t to my taste, maybe because I’m English and used to ours. Everything was hot and fresh.

The view from the villa was gorgeous, and our room was cleaned every day. The staff, gym, massage parlour and swimming pools were all excellent. I stayed for a week with three friends and we had a great time. Being charged for water was annoying, but I’d definitely come back.
