Ana's home is tucked behind a striking wooden door with a lion-shaped doorbell. Its position above St. Jacob's beach gives you lovely views of the 13th century St. Jacob's church, along with a breathtaking panorama of the city from the balconies. Ana made us feel like we were staying with dear friends, with the warm care of a gracious host. We’ll definitely be back.

The view from the room was spectacular, and everything was clean and provided. The host was so kind and helpful. The beach is just below, and it takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the old city. Nights were very quiet too, since there isn't much traffic on the road.

The accommodation was spotless and lovely, with an unbelievable view toward the Old Town. Our hosts made us feel welcome and were easy to reach. We also loved having a beautiful beach just below. We'd happily come back.

The balcony gives you an incredible view of Dubrovnik and Lokrum, probably the best part of staying here. Getting into town takes about 30 minutes on foot, and our room was up 72 steps. The room itself was lovely, but all the large, old furniture made it feel spoiled. We never really connected with the place, so there's a tough trade-off to consider.

The owner was warm and welcoming, and her hospitality made us feel at home. From the balcony, the view was amazing. St. Jacob beach and the mesmerizing Baltic Sea are easy to reach, as is the old city, about a 15-17 minute walk away. There's free parking for a rental car, and the airport is nearby. Highly recommended.
