We loved staying with Maria. She was a wonderful host and very helpful. Our group of three had a comfortable two-bedroom apartment on the top floor, with its own kitchen, balcony and lovely view. There was also a lovely garden, and guests could use a full kitchen there. You can walk to the Old Town, and buses or Ubers are available for longer trips.

The house and the paradise garden Maria created were a real treat, and we'd love to return. She welcomed us warmly and shared information about places to see during our short stay. The house is just a 5-6 minute walk from old Dubrovnik, which worked out great. Parking is about 5-7 minutes away by car, but we were able to unload our luggage at the house before parking.

I hope I get the chance to come back next year and stay longer. The garden is beautiful, with Mediterranean plants and flowers, a terrace and an outdoor kitchen. It's peaceful, a nice spot to relax after the beach or in the evening, and the Old City isn't far away. Marija was always available and very helpful. Inside, the house was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with comfortable beds, fresh-smelling linen and a handy little fridge in the room. We didn't need the AC. The internet was fast and reliable for my work meetings. We stayed for a couple of lovely days at the beginning of September 2021.

The house was quaint, and the garden with its traditional outdoor kitchen was stunning. We were invited to help ourselves to homegrown tomatoes and plums. Maria was a delightful host, caring, accommodating and full of useful information. We loved you, Maria xxx

The garden was a highlight, with tortoises wandering around for the kids to watch and a lovely outdoor kitchen for cooking or relaxing. Marija is so kind and caring, always ready to help and make you feel welcome. The cosy room, with thoughtful touches like home-style duvets, reminded me of being tucked in as a child. One of the highlights of our trip!
