Air conditioning seemed broken, blowing air at the same temperature as outside. Finding the room was confusing: everything said "Rooms Monica," not Perica, and I had to match some strange pictures before being shouted at that we were in the wrong room. Booking.com didn't say parking had to be reserved or that it cost 10e per day. An older man was very helpful, and I'm grateful to him, because Renata was only rude to me. Checkout was 10:00 according to Renata, 10:30 on Booking.com, and 11:00 according to the older man. Don't stay here, it's far too overpriced!

It's a small room and quite a way from the Old City, though the bus stop is very close. The double bed had a sheet sized for a single bed, and filling the kettle from the hand basin tap was difficult.

The terrace has an amazing view, and the rooms are fine. The bus stop is just 10 meters from the house, right at the line's starting and ending point. Service ran once an hour.

Good value for a clean room with a comfortable double bed. There's a terrace around the corner with a nice view of North Dubrovnik, and the Bus 3 stop is right outside for a direct ride to the old town.
