The restaurant Imperial Terrace was a highlight, with excellent food, lovely presentation, and flawless service. The hotel itself was stunning and impeccably kept, balancing a luxurious feel with comfort. Ivan Zvonimir at the front desk and the sales manager were both friendly, professional, and helpful. My stay went beyond what I expected, and I’d rank this among Europe’s top hotels. Perfect in every way, highly recommended.

The room had a great view, and the hotel’s lounge and restaurant spaces were beautiful. We also really liked the rooms and the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of healthy choices alongside delicious chocolate croissants and pastries. The location is hard to beat, just a block or two from the old city entrance, and the quality was excellent.

We had a lovely out of season family stay, with a home from home feel. The rooms were quiet, and there’s an indoor pool and gym. Breakfast is a big buffet, but you can ask for something if you don’t see what you want there. It’s well placed near both the old town and the bus station, and the taxi ride from the airport took 35 minutes. We’d go back.

Breakfast was our favorite part, with a buffet and some items available to order. The man working there made the best cafe latte I had on our whole vacation, and the executive lounge’s desserts were fantastic. The hotel is right by old town Dubrovnik, so you’re in the middle of everything, yet can return to somewhere quiet. Staff were attentive, and our room was clean and spacious.

At 1,200 euros a night, I expected much better. The room had no toothbrush or bathrobe, the WC and walls were damaged, there was no bidet, and the only bathing option was a tub without a shower. The location and amenities may fit a five star hotel, but the service and equipment don’t. I’d rate it 9/10 as a four star place, but as a five star hotel it gets 2/10 from me. Better to be a great four star hotel than a poor five star one.
