We booked three nights after seeing that pets were accepted in the listing. When we got in touch about our arrival time and mentioned needing parking and traveling with our small dog, they told us pets weren't allowed after all. They also refused to refund us. I don't think these people are honest, and I wouldn't trust them.

Ivan made everything easy, sorting out a last-minute request over WhatsApp and promptly dealing with an issue in the apartment. He was very helpful, and we'd happily return to Festina Lente and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. There was plenty of room for our family of four during our three days, with three bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a kitchen and living room. The apartment is modern and stylish, a lovely place to rest after exploring the Old Town, which is only a five-minute walk away. We also enjoyed being able to use the garden.
