We celebrated my 50th birthday here with friends, and Ivan helped make it special. The place was stunning and relaxing, and he helped my friend put together a fabulous birthday breakfast by the pool. It’s tucked away from the old town hubbub, with a hilly but lovely walk into Dubrovnik. There’s a supermarket and coffee shop nearby. Everything was super clean and great value. We’re coming back with the kids next summer. Highly recommended.

The pool area was beautiful and really well maintained, and the apartments were spacious, clean, and well equipped. Our host was friendly and accommodating, and we had a brilliant stay. It’s in a good location, just a 15 minute walk from the old town. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay again if I return to Dubrovnik!

Ivica was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The place is quite nice, fairly central, and has a spacious living area. For the price, hospitality, and space, I’m giving it 5 stars. I’d highly recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in Dubrovnik. Thank you from Australia 🇦🇺

There was a swimming pool, which we really enjoyed. The apartment was nice, super clean, and had air conditioning, though it was smaller than we expected. The host was kind and helpful. He arranged our transport from the airport and helped us check in, even though it was late at night.

It feels like a home from home, and it’s an easy walk to Old Town. Ivan is a fantastic host. I can’t rate him highly enough.
