The location worked really well, with a scenic 15 minute walk to the old city and cafes, restaurants, and clubs close by. There are stairs up and down to the main street, so expect a bit of exercise. I actually liked them. My room had a fantastic view east across the bay toward the old City of Dubrovnik, plus its own balcony, though some rooms may not have a view, so you could ask. The room and bathroom were very clean and well kept, and the AC worked great. The host was very hospitable.

There’s plenty of parking in the driveway and in front of the house, and the balcony gives you a great view of the ocean and old town. The room was an okay size, though space for more than two large suitcases would be tight. The main drawback is the steep uphill walk back.

The hosts were so friendly and kind, and gave us really helpful information for planning our day in Dubrovnik. We had a wonderful stay at Peric Rooms and enjoyed the lovely views. Just be ready for quite a few steps on the way back to the room!
