This stay was a nightmare. There’s no reception desk you can see, and they send you codes for the main entrance and room on arrival day. That’s a problem if you don’t have mobile data. We arrived exactly at check-in time, only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned because the cleaner said she couldn’t get in. Our code failed several times, so I called reception at a different location. Someone came and took a while to open the door. Then we had to wait again for the cleaning to be done. After a flight and in over 30C heat, it was very disappointing. A staff member called to apologize and said they’d refund our money, but I never got it. After we finally rested and went out for dinner, the door wouldn’t open again when we returned. Reception came back, took a while again, and found it was a battery issue. They replaced the battery, but the same thing happened the next day. I called again, waited again, and she just replaced the battery. Having to deal with this every day on vacation was irritating, and I was losing patience. I asked for another room, but they said they were full. On the third day they disabled the digital lock and gave us a physical key. We won’t return after all this inconvenience and the promised refund that never came. Not recommendable.
