We were warmly welcomed by friendly, helpful hosts. The apartment was clean, tidy, and nicely equipped, with private parking. It’s also well placed for a short walk to either the old town or Lapad peninsula.

Having parking and being close to Dubrovnik’s old town are definite advantages. The apartment is large and comfortable, on the first level of a restaurant, though the bathroom towels had a strange smell.

It was clean and everything worked. The apartment was a decent size for four people and three pieces of luggage. There’s a restaurant on site, though I didn’t get to try it. Being allowed to check in three hours early was an extra bonus. Hvala.

For an expensive city like Dubrovnik, this clean apartment is good value. The location is excellent: about a 20-minute walk to the old town and Gruz market, and only a few minutes on foot to a beautiful beach.

During my 12-day stay, the cleaning was poor and the sheets were never changed. The fridge needed cleaning before I could put food in it, the bathroom door handle was falling off, and the main door handle was loose. There wasn’t even a brush to sweep the floor.
