The balcony view from our upgraded sea-view king room was stunning, and it was hard to make ourselves leave. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were robes, slippers, and a coffee machine. My wife was pleased with the upscale bathroom products. I don’t understand the complaints in some other reviews. Breakfast matched what we’ve had at high-end hotels, including ones on The Palm. The Eggs Royale and Benedict were excellent, with perfectly poached eggs, and you could get barista-made coffee. Croatians have style. The half-board buffet had plenty of choice, and the hotel doesn’t skimp on food costs. My wife used to work in hotel cost accounting, so she knows. We’re loving this holiday, with lovely promenade walks to Lapad and then on to Dubrovnik. A wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway.

The setting is awesome, the rooms are clean and really nice, and the staff are friendly. The only thing is that some of the food was a bit pricey. You expect to pay a little extra at a resort, but 10 euros for a side of asparagus is pushing it a bit.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the royal palm hotel. I’ve also stayed at the other hotels, and they’re all fantastic. The atmosphere, high-class service, food, and beach were all top notch. I’d highly recommend it and will keep coming back whenever I visit Dubrovnik.

The grounds were stunning, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with picturesque spots everywhere. We had a big, comfortable room and lovely views, and having breakfast with that view was one of our favorite moments. The whole stay felt just right. The only drawback is the drive to Dubrovnik Old Town, about 10 minutes, so it’s not walkable. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

The location is excellent. We stopped by to see the hotel because we’re planning to return with our family in August and wanted to make sure it was the right choice. At reception, Daniel greeted us and was exceptionally polite, warm, friendly, and dedicated to his work. Even though it was evening and nearly time for him to go home, he gladly showed us around. He lives an hour away, which made his generosity especially appreciated. My partner and I were grateful for his time and the useful information he shared. Daniel is doing a great job and is someone the hotel can be proud of.
