We picked Sea Rocks Residence for three nights before setting off to sail around the islands, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise. The views over the Adriatic, Lovrijenac Fortress, and the City Walls are beautiful, but the place still feels tucked away from the crowds. Beach Sulic and Pile Gate are only 100-200 meters away, so it was easy to get around on foot. Our room was spotless, with elegant furnishings and fine-art wallpapers, plus landmark views. The interiors felt carefully put together, and the team made the stay feel home-like. Sea Rocks Residence is a quiet little spot just outside Dubrovnik’s Old Town, with thoughtful service and a really lovely design.

The staff were lovely, and the renovation is really high quality. This guest house has a special feel, unlike a big, impersonal hotel. It sits just outside the main Old Town gate, so you’re close by without being caught up in the crowds. A magical place to stay.

We had the largest room, and the water view was stunning. The place is quiet and relaxing, with great service. Being right by Pile Gate made it easy to head into Old Town for meals.

The rooftop view and the beautiful property made a great impression, and the service was top notch. There’s someone at the front desk for most of the day, and it works pretty much like a hotel. We chose it because there weren’t many hotels available near the walls, even though hotels are usually more my thing. We’d happily come back and would recommend it.

Sea Rocks is in a stunning spot that feels like a peaceful hideaway from the busy streets and tourists. I spent a couple of days there with my parents and partner, and we all found the hotel beautiful and the employees wonderful. Andrea, Nikolina and Drazen were especially kind and went out of their way to answer our questions and help my family. They really went above and beyond. I can't recommend Sea Rocks Residence enough.
