Delicious, fresh food and a beautiful view, though it was pricey $$$

The breakfast was the main disappointment. At 16 euros per person per day, it didn’t feel worth the price, and it was left on the doorknob at some point between 8 and 10 a.m., so you didn’t know when it would arrive. On the first morning we got a liter of whole milk, rolled oats, salami, small jars of honey, jam and Nutella, two butters, natural juice and juice boxes, cream cheese, bananas, sandwich rolls, and two sachets of instant coffee. The next day there were whole-grain rolls, croissants, spreads, butter, juice, oranges, coffee, and two ready-made cheese and salami sandwiches. If we’d known, we’d have picked up breakfast at a bakery and supermarket for much less. The room itself was small but very clean, and the air conditioning worked. Its location right in the old town was great. Amenities were pretty minimal, though they did provide vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and toothpicks.
