Villa Mimma Dubrovnik

We were three people staying in July, and the apartment suited us perfectly. Mario was quick to answer every question from the start, and even though we arrived at 1:00 pm, he let us check in before the listed 3:00 p.m. time. He also carried our luggage upstairs, showed us around, gave us the keys, and brought a tourist map marked with the main attractions. If you arrive earlier, he can store your bags too. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction cooker, oven, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Mario even brought us an ironing board when we asked. There was also a washing machine, dryer, good air conditioning, Smart TV, and a detailed guide with the Wi-Fi password, places to go and eat, driving advice, full bus timetable, hospital information, and more. The location was great: 2 minutes to the bus stop, where bus number 4 takes about 10 minutes to the old town; 5 minutes to Tommy Supermarket, which has a bakery with nice bread; 8 minutes to Uvala Lapad Beach; and 5 minutes to a pleasant boardwalk with lots of restaurants and bars. Velika and Mala Petka Forest Park is right next to the apartment. We didn’t rent a car, but I think parking nearby should be possible and may be free. We couldn’t have chosen better accommodation for the money.
