The main road runs right in front of the property, which is the one downside, though nights are still quiet. Otherwise, the owner is friendly, the price is excellent, and everything is clean and well kept, from the rooms to the grounds. There's plenty of parking, with some spaces under cover. A lovely sandy beach with no rocks in the water is just two minutes away through an underpass.

On Booking, it’s listed as Apartments Marija. Mr. Vojnovic was helpful when we arrived. There’s free air conditioning in every room, and parking under the vines. The room was fairly clean. The kitchen had enough equipment for the most part, though we missed having dishes and an oven. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good in the living room and worked better in the bedroom, but the quality was still poor. From the balcony you can see the sea through palm trees and power lines. The underpass beneath the road leads straight to the beach.

Pets are welcome, and the place is so clean you wouldn't notice them around the property. The beach is at most 50 meters away, and everything is close by. There's ample parking, too. Our room with a kitchenette and bathroom worked great for two people. It felt like home, and the host was kind and helpful. A lovely spot for families with children. I recommend it. Best regards :)

I've stayed here three times already, and I'm coming back for a fourth. The host was good to deal with, the beach was lovely, and everything felt peaceful. The house is just 30 meters from the beach. 👍👍
