Villa Anita Hrboki

Just so beautiful.

The village has a little supermarket, and several lovely beaches are within a half-hour drive. Our kids had a great time with the pool and garden, and the house had everything we needed for a laid-back holiday in the south. We had a wonderful week and would love to return.

The house and its furnishings were new and high quality, with a big grill and pizza oven. We were four adults and four children at Villa Anita, and the garden was great, with a trampoline, swing, slide, and ping-pong table. The grounds were really nice. The staff member who handed things over was very friendly and accommodating. A great stay, this is how holiday homes should be.

We were very happy with the service and the quality of the stay, and would gladly recommend the villa and what it offers. Marco and Catharina were a big part of that. They were always trying to make sure we had what we needed, and Marco even drove us to a nearby beach. Our little one went horseback riding on their lovely horses twice, once for an hour. When the coffee machine had limescale, it was sorted within hours or overnight. We never saw the pool attendant, since he did his work while we were asleep and didn't disturb us. Their olive oil from their own plantation is also very good. We stayed in July 2017 as three families, six adults and five kids, and everything was wonderful. The house is set on a lovely large property. Along with the pool, the garden has a trampoline, a children's slide, two swings, and a ping-pong table, so the kids had plenty to do. We also tried the barbecue area's pizza oven and thought it was excellent. The inside was top-notch too. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and two more bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground-floor rooms have almost no soundproofing, though. The wall is so thin you can hear everything from the next room, even whispers, which is a real drawback that should be fixed. Apart from that, it's a great place to stay. The medium-sized kitchen is well equipped with good-quality items, and nothing felt skimped on. Almost every room and the terrace have TVs with German channels. All rooms are air-conditioned, and everything was clean, with care visible in the finishes and decor. ... P.S.: If arsenic turns up, the boat trip was great and the fish tasted very good ;)
