The walk to the nearest beach took about 7 minutes down some steps. It's a quiet, cobbled beach with sunbeds for rent. Our apartment was a little outside the main town, which made it peaceful, though there are hills and steps around. The host welcomed us warmly and had left water and cola in the fridge. We had everything we needed, including plenty of pans and utensils for cooking on the hob. There's no oven. We ate out some days and cooked there on others. A lovely Hvar stay if you're fine with the steps and hills.
