Beach Residences Caroline

We were delighted when we arrived because the place was even better than the photos. It's right on the waterfront, with everything close by, and there's a big outdoor area to sit or sunbathe. The sea is only a 30-second walk away. Inside, the apartment is beautiful, spacious, brand new, and has lots of little extras, including a washing machine. It's in a small complex with two other units. I think people will catch on to how brilliant it is, and it may be hard to get a place here in a couple of years. We loved it.

Just a few minutes from the old town, beaches, and beach clubs, this is a beautiful, spacious apartment. Everything feels brand new, from the furniture to the equipment. There are only three units.

We had apartment 3, a roomy 60-square-meter place with a big terrace. It was very quiet at night, and check-in was easy: the friendly owner let us in as soon as we arrived. The amenities are good, though some are showing their age. The fridge and freezer were especially useful in the summer, and there are two TVs and excellent air conditioning. Cleanliness was the downside. The floor was dirty and everything was quite dusty. There were lots of cobwebs, plus black mold in the shower that needs urgent attention. The bathroom also had a persistent musty smell.
