The room worked well for two, though the bathroom was a little small. And the location is hard to beat, just a few steps up to Hvar town's main square. Antonia, who runs things with the owner Maria, made the stay especially good. She met us in the main square to help and was a great source of advice throughout the holiday, from the accommodation and town to restaurants, things to do, things to avoid, and beaches. Thanks to Maria and Antonia for everything, we really enjoyed our stay ☺️

Shameful. We paid 144 euros for one night after booking more than a month ahead, then arrived, called the owner, and found the phone number wasn't in service. After paying, we hadn't heard from anyone, and there was no way to contact the owners. Luckily, it was September and we found another apartment. It's disgusting to take advance money from people who have arranged their holiday around this place and taken a boat specifically to stay there. Hvar is beautiful and well worth a visit, but be careful with this accommodation. It left us stranded without a second thought. They may have money to spare, but I don't. I couldn't post this on Booking.com because the booking had been canceled, so I'm writing it here.

The staff were lovely, and the place is central and affordable, with the port and main square just a few steps away. You do have to carry your suitcase up some steps. It was a bit noisy, and outside Hvar I'd consider it very expensive for the size and quality. Still, I'd stay again, since there aren't many more reasonably priced places in central Hvar.
