The room is nice, with a fairly large balcony, and the view from the upper floors really is great. From one of the area's tallest buildings, you can see all of Preko and Zadar, so nobody staying up there will regret it. Mornings may start with heavy traffic noise from the street beside the guesthouse. There are also quite a few things that need attention. I tend to photograph damage when I arrive, just in case, and I have pictures of a damaged shoe cabinet, an outlet pulling out of the wall, loose towel rails, and a kitchen faucet that came off while I was washing dishes. It wasn't screwed in, and the dishes nearly broke. There were a few other imperfections too. Even with all that, I recommend the place because you can really enjoy your stay.
