Apartments Rozelyn

We had a relaxing stay in Muline, with beautiful sea and a very peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was spacious and well cared for, with a sea view, an equipped kitchen, and a clean, tidy layout. Oriana, the owner, was kind and discreet, and glad to share useful advice. Getting there by public transport was straightforward: bus from the airport to Gazenica port, ferry to Preko, then bus to Muline. The buses and ferry connections were punctual and efficient. Beaches and coves are an easy walk from the apartment. Mountain bikers can follow a lovely marked trail to several coves without taking the main road. You can rent SUPs and bikes in Ugljan, and kayaks at the Ugljan campsite. In Muline there’s a pizzeria, two restaurants, and a small supermarket. Their chocolate and jam donuts were excellent for breakfast. A great place to unwind, highly recommended!

The accommodation was spotless, with a lovely atmosphere and great quality. It’s well placed for the sea, the island, forest, and beaches, so it really felt like a proper holiday. Oriana and her family were welcoming, and we had a wonderful time.

With the sea only about 100 meters away, the location is peaceful but still close to a little market with a good selection and three restaurants. The property is newly built, lovely, and comfortable, with greenery around it and some apartments looking out to the sea. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, plus a furnished balcony. Oriana was discreet, polite, and very helpful, and speaks fluent Italian. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily recommend it.

A calm, pleasant place that works well for older guests and families with little kids.
